Than looking in the mirror...most of the time.
I look at pictures from my 20's and 30's, when at times I thought I was so chubby, and I was so THIN. The 6-8 I was is probablly a size 4 now. Unbelieveable.
And now, as I'm losing 20-30 pounds I 'feel' so much lighter. But then I look in the mirror and am shocked at how large I am. It almost brings me to tears thinking of how I must have looked with an additional 30 pounds on.
It's funny how you can do your hair and makeup or walk past windows and mirrors and not really look at yourself.
