Since 1977, Randall White has held senior management positions in the non-profit sector and has guided for-profit corporations to many community successes.

He created innovative volunteer- and audience-development programs for the Arts Council of Oklahoma City; reversed a seven-year membership decline for the American Vocational Association, in Washington, DC; and championed a 400 percent revenue increase for the American Diabetes Association in North Texas.

As a consultant, Randall has:

  • developed philanthropic and communication initiatives for Baylor Health Care System,
  • helped Texas Instruments develop an organization for its retirees, and
  • crafted national community relations programs for Avaya

White managed and created successful Internet campaigns for Dallas City Councilman Ed Oakley and the Coalition for Open Government's campaign to defeat a "strong mayor" revision of the Dallas City Charter. For the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, the City of Arlington, the University of Texas at Arlington, and Tarrant County, Randall conducted a community audit to determine support and establish grassroots buy-in for downtown revitalization.

As a volunteer, Randall has served as chairman of the City of Dallas Board of Adjustment, the quasi-judicial body that hears challenges to city zoning and land use ordinances. He was also the founding president of the Fort Worth Avenue Development Group, a grassroots coalition working to reverse the fortunes of a long-neglected urban corridor in Dallas.
